INTRODUCTION

Alan Randmae is the creator of Aquamist Glass Cleaner. A lifelong car enthusiast, long-time detailer and mechanical engineer by education, he spent years frustrated by streaks, drag and wasted time on glass, so he developed his own formula in his garage. Aquamist is patented and based on micro-dispersed lubricant droplets, and a gallon size, High-Speed Aquamist, was announced for detail shops and car washes.

In the episode, Alan explains rag drag (detergents stripping lubrication from glass), how Aquamist flashes off cleanly in hot sun, and how it handles mirrors, tint, trim, dashboards and even older single-stage paint.
