INTRODUCTION

Joel LaPalme is the President of Apeax Films and a former co-founder of IGL Coatings North America. He began in retail at what became Costco, went on to launch detailing shops, and helped scale IGL across North America. After retiring from the industry, he came back to lead Apeax when an opportunity came along he could not ignore.
