INTRODUCTION

Josh Eldemire is the founder of Auto Aesthetic. His love of clean cars started when he got his licence at 16 and turned into an online side hustle, then hands-on paint correction and machine polishing in a dealership detailing department. After a few years in a traditional career, he came back to detailing, built Auto Aesthetic from his home garage while working full-time, and focused on paint correction and ceramic coatings.

Josh later opened a shop with a trusted teammate who worked days while he handled marketing and operations in the evenings. When he finally quit his job, his first full-time month was one of the biggest sales months the business had ever had. In the episode he talks about the mindset shift from paycheck to business owner, networking at MTE, the tech that runs his shop, and expanding into tint and PPF.
