INTRODUCTION

Josh Pierce owns Carousel Auto Appearance in Iowa, is Brand Development Director for Car Candy, and was President-Elect of the International Detailing Association at the time of his episode. He and his wife started the business more than 20 years ago doing repair, vinyl repair and mobile dealership work before moving into detailing. Today his team of 22 is the main reconditioning center for about 10 dealer brands.

The shop handles 25 to 30 dealership vehicles a day, can have 80 to 100 cars waiting on a Monday, and aims to turn every vehicle in 4 to 5 days.
