INTRODUCTION

Michael Milord is the shop manager at Owner's Pride Orlando in Florida and runs his own mobile detailing business on the side. Raised in Washington, D.C., he has more than 7 years in detailing. Before that he worked at a formal menswear store, and when his request for one extra day off at the same pay was refused, he started booking detailing jobs on his days off and eventually walked away.

Michael built his mobile business around rinseless methods using Owner's Pride Eco Wash, distilled water and pump sprayers. He once rode a Greyhound bus to MTE because he had no car. When Blake from Owner's Pride offered him the shop manager role, he first doubted it was real. In the episode he talks about resilience, humility, letting go of control as a new manager, and his mission to help other detailers grow.
